If disaster strikes, Total Restoration Services Inc. will be there for you. 

Total Restoration is a Kelowna-based, independent and certified restoration contractor that serves the Okanagan region of British Columbia. Incorporated in 2002, it has offices in Kelowna, Vernon, Salmon Arm, Penticton and Big White. We are locally owned, we never close, and we work with all insurance companies.
There are approximately 60 Total Restoration employees at any given time, and our senior staff members are all highly experienced and trained. The company boasts a master water restorer, a master fire and smoke restorer, and a master textile cleaner, which are the highest designations anyone in the restoration industry can achieve. In addition, owner Marisa Wilson is one of only two women in Canada who are certified restorers.

Total Restoration is proud of its local roots and its commitment to excellence, but we put the most emphasis on our customer service. Our employees are personable and compassionate, because they know their customers are going through one of the most stressful times of their lives.
