"We had a water leak that resulted in extensive damage. We called Total & they came by the same day to assess our damage. Half of our downstairs was ripped out & we decided to renovate our very dated home with the repairs were done. TJ, our PM, is amazing! He came by several times to check on his team's work, answered all of my questions and responded to texts quickly. Basically held our hands through it. The team was clean, respectful & our neighbors said they never heard a thing coming from our home. Unfortunately for us, we have another minor water leak in a different area, nearly a year later, called Total again who came the same day & we are back working with TJ. Work is starting next week. Cannot recommend their services enough. If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would!"

"We had a roof problem at the worst possible time, heavy snow and right in the middle of the Holiday Season.

Total Restoration was there within 45 minutes to start taking care of the problem. They set up the dryers, suggested a way to drain the excess water and contacted a reputable roofing company to fix the problem. Nielsen Roofing is on site right now patching it up until they can replace it in the spring.

The Project Manager and the young lady that showed up for the call have been extremely professional and brought calm and sense of relief to a stressful situation. We are extremely happy with the service and would suggest they be your first call.

We recently had a fire next door to our home. Total Restoration was there to ensure there was no damage to our home, provided quotes on clean up of debris and any smoke damage. Thank you for your fast, efficient and caring service.

Had a flood in my house and discovered it around 10 pm at night. Phoned Total Restoration who appeared within an hour. They worked till deep in the night, cleared up the water, put all furniture on blocks, pulled off damaged trim and took wet rugs with them to be dried. These guys are fantastic!

Over the past 5 months I have had both personal and professional dealings with Total Restoration. 

In these times where professionalism and customer service are some times hard to find the people at Total Restoration have defiantly set a very high bar. I would and will recommend them to anyone.

If you've had as many floods as me, you'll know Total Restoration is the place to call. Great service. I really like their over-the-top community involvement! I think they sponsor & support everything in the area (and give a lot of their time too). Issues are dealt with promptly and professionally.

Total Restoration went above and beyond with customer service. They kept me in the loop as to what was happening with sub contractors and they kept every promise they made.

We were totally pleased and satisfied with everything Total Restoration did for us and we would recommend them highly. They are the best!
